A Scheduling Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate caregivers onto cases and assist with managing the continuity of care for our clients. Scheduling Coordinator Duties:

• Manage all scheduling activities, including replacement and substitute caregivers
• Resolve client, family, and caregiver differences
• Maintain files to meet all internal, state, and Federal quality and compliance standards
• Select and interact with appropriate caregivers
• Conduct service calls with a prospective client
• Must handle on-call duties on a rotating basis and as needed by the office

Essential Skills/Qualities:

• Nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic, compassionate)
• Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and pleasant phone manner
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Previous health/home care or staffing experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, positive driving record, reliable transportation and be able to drive to and from client sites at a moment’s notice.
